THE ROLE
To provide high-impact operational and technical support to the international sales and partnership team, ensuring assigned markets scale efficiently through flawless CRM data integrity, technical partner onboarding, and proactive market intelligence.
This role acts as a force multiplier for senior partnership leaders, managing smaller-tier accounts and technical workflows to allow the team to focus on high-value business growth and strategic alliances. You will report to the team coordinator and collaborate closely with the Partnerships Manager, CSM, and Media Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue support: Provide reliable operational support to hit quarterly revenue targets across assigned markets.
- Account management: Efficiently manage smaller-tier accounts to ensure high partner retention across the junior portfolio.
- Technical onboarding: Support partners transitioning to full-funnel programmatic models, simplifying the technical ad-stack migration process.
- CRM & pipeline management: Maintain absolute accuracy in HubSpot / Salesforce data entry and pipeline records at all times.
- Campaign coordination: Deliver high-quality, zero-friction briefs and handovers to the Delight team for every campaign launch.
- Market intelligence: Systematically collect and compile market data to support strategic insight sessions for Convert and Product teams.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:
Performance Partnerships
You will report to the team coordinator and work directly alongside the Partnerships Manager supported by the Head of Performance Partnerships.
CSM & Media Teams
You will collaborate with Customer Success and Media teams to coordinate campaign launches, handovers, and feedback loops that keep our partners delighted.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bilingual proficiency
Professional fluency in German and English — essential for this territory-specific role.
Operational discipline
High attention to detail in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM data entry and pipeline accuracy.
Technical literacy
Ability to understand and explain programmatic advertising concepts and ad-stack transitions to partners.
Proactive coordination
Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between sales (Convert) and operations (Delight).
