About the Role: We are looking for an accomplished Partnerships Manager to lead and develop our contingent workforce and staffing partner model across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Talent, Global, you will ensure our projects have access to the skilled workforce they need, wherever and whenever it is required.

Previous experience managing labour supply within construction, engineering, M&E, industrial services or project-based environments is highly desirable.

Operating at the centre of workforce planning, supplier management and operational delivery, you will build and maintain a high-performing network of labour providers, staffing agencies and subcontract partners across Europe. Your focus will be on developing a scalable, commercially effective and compliant workforce supply model that supports project delivery and business growth.

Who are we: We are a global provider of Installation (M&E), Integration, and Fit-out services, specialising in Automation, Robotics and MHE projects. Our mission is to empower our customers to excel through innovative, tailored design and installation solutions, driven by our commitment to Flawless Execution.

Requirements:

About You: You will have experience managing contingent workforce programmes, staffing partnerships or labour supply operations within a project-led, operational or high-growth environment. You understand how to balance workforce availability, quality, compliance and cost to deliver successful business outcomes.

Commercially minded and relationship-focused, you are confident managing supplier negotiations, performance reviews and workforce planning discussions with both internal and external stakeholders. You are comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures and can effectively influence decisions at all levels of the organisation. Experience operating across European labour markets, supplier networks or contingent workforce programmes would be highly advantageous. Most importantly, you are passionate about building partnerships that create value and enable operational excellence.

Why Join Us: We value our people and prioritise their wellbeing at every stage of their journey with us. While benefits vary by country, our rewards package is thoughtfully designed to support your life, health, and career development. This includes a competitive, annually benchmarked salary; enhanced family leave provisions; and private medical care for full-time staff, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme and dedicated Mental Health First Aiders.

We are committed to continuous growth through global learning and development pathways and provide unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning to help you build new skills and advance your career. Most importantly, we are proud to foster a highly engaged workforce, with our 2025 employee survey showing over 85% satisfaction.
