Regular work across established Bristol venues and events
Competitive hourly rates
Radios and body-worn cameras supplied
Clear operational support from experienced managers
Free training in conflict management and first aid
Opportunities to work alongside our medical response teams
Progression into Head Door, Deputy Head Door and supervisory roles

Who this role suits
This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, notices what others miss and understands that good security is built on communication, preparation and sound judgement.
You should be comfortable speaking with customers, challenging poor behaviour, supporting vulnerable people and taking control when an incident develops.
You will represent AV Group every time you put on the uniform.
