Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) Application Support Specialist- Hybrid- Richmond, VA

Seeking an OHPAC Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1/first-call-resolution support for Oracle Health Patient Accounting within the EHR initiative. The role focuses on application troubleshooting, user/system configuration, issue triage and escalation, system health checks, KPI monitoring, and post-go-live sustainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 OHPAC support and troubleshoot patient accounting/revenue-cycle issues.
• Triage, resolve, document, and escalate application issues as needed.
• Support user configuration, work queues, processing, interfaces, printing, and document management.
• Perform pre/post-go-live EHR health checks and monitor KPIs/system usage.
• Maintain issue logs, trend analysis, readiness checklists, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Follow ITIL/SLA processes and VDH/Local Health Department EHR workflows.
• Support HIPAA, privacy, and security requirements.

Required – 3+ Years:

• Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) and patient accounting/revenue-cycle workflows.
• OHPAC application support and troubleshooting.
• Healthcare/EHR application support and HIPAA.
• Incident documentation, issue tracking, and escalation.
• Citrix, desktop applications, printing, and user access support.
• Strong communication, customer service, and issue-prioritization skills.
