Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Full Time

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
• Perform assessments and build individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers to support their health goals
• Partner with physicians and the clinical team to coordinate quality care
• Complete timely, accurate documentation, including OASIS

What You Bring

• Active Florida RN license (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience (Required)
• 1+ year of Home Health experience (Preferred)
• 1+ year of OASIS documentation experience (Preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
