Now Hiring: Clinical Supervisor (RN) Home Health

What You'll Do
- Conduct and oversee patient assessments, reassessments, and care plan development for an assigned caseload
- Determine appropriate levels of service and guide the implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of care plans
- Directly supervise clinical staff, including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Act as the key communication link between patients, physicians, caregivers, referral sources, and payers
- Keep staff current on regulatory updates, documentation standards, and care coordination requirements
- Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Audit clinical records for regulatory and in-house compliance
- Monitor documentation integrity, visit utilization, physician contacts, and care plan adherence
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and staff training
- Support budget goals through accurate documentation, appropriate care delivery, and efficient use of clinical resources
What You Bring
- Active RN license in Florida
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of Home Health/OASIS documentation experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills — especially under pressure
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to assist with patient ambulation and transfers; must pass a health exam confirming freedom from communicable disease
