- Coordinate and assist with the discovery process, including gathering records, preparing discovery responses, tracking outstanding requests, and organizing supporting documentation.
- Conduct factual and legal research as needed to support case development, litigation strategy, and trial preparation.
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials by organizing exhibits, witness files, trial notebooks, and other case materials.
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness coordination, courtroom logistics, and preparation of demonstrative evidence.
- Attend trials, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as requested, providing ongoing support to attorneys throughout the proceedings.
- Monitor case progress and proactively identify tasks, deadlines, and requirements necessary to move cases forward efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all firm policies, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the attorneys, clients, and the firm.
