Cosmos Corporation is seeking a Junior Sales & Development Coordinator to support our growing sales organization. This role is designed for an ambitious, early-career professional who wants to learn and receive hands-on experience in sales, distributor management, trade shows, customer support, and business development.
This position serves as a key support partner to the sales team by managing distributor communications, coordinating sales initiatives, supporting customer presentations, attending trade shows, and helping grow regional distributor and retailer relationships. The role also provides a unique opportunity to develop sales expertise while working closely with experienced sales leaders.
As our organization continues to leverage technology and AI-driven tools, this role will also help improve and streamline sales processes, allowing more time to focus on customer growth and relationship development.
Summary of Responsibilities
Sales Support & Account Development
Support the growth of Cosmos' sales organization by serving as a trusted partner to sales leaders, distributors, and customers. This role will assist with account development, customer communications, sales presentations, and business reviews while helping manage relationships with regional distributors and non-key accounts. The individual will work closely with brokers and channel partners to identify growth opportunities, improve customer engagement, and expand market presence. Success in this role requires strong organization, initiative, and a willingness to learn, as the position will also help maintain performance tracking tools, sales reporting, and other resources that enable the team to make informed business decisions and drive results.
Distributor & Customer Communications
Serve as a central point of coordination for distributor and customer communications by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery of important business updates. This role will support communications related to new product launches, product transitions, product discontinuations, pricing updates, promotional programs, and sales initiatives. The position will also assist with distributor documentation, forms, and sales administration processes while helping maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Success in this area requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders.
Trade Shows & Industry Events
Represent our health & wellness brands at trade shows and industry events to strengthen relationships and support business growth. This role will assist with event planning and execution, including booth preparation, event logistics, customer engagement, and post-event follow-up activities by tracking event performance, sales results, costs, and return on investment to ensure trade show participation aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable value.
Process Improvement & Technology
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by helping identify, document, and implement more efficient ways of working. This role will support the adoption of technology and emerging AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance the customer experience. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities for automation, support process optimization initiatives, and ensure information is accurately maintained within company systems. Success in this area requires curiosity, adaptability, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to embrace new technologies that help the organization scale and grow.
Requirements:What You'll Need to Succeed
- Willingness to travel extensively up to 75%. Comfortable with frequent travel rather than sitting behind a desk.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Clear, professional written communication to distributors; confident in a room and at a trade-show booth. An extrovert who gains energy from people.
- Coachability & Drive. Eager to learn and grow while open to feedback.
- Highly organized and self-motivated. Takes ownership of forms, deadlines, and tracking tools with minimal oversight.
Nice to Have but Not Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience creating presentations or working directly with customers.
- Previous internship, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or business experience.

This role requires frequent travel, up to 75%, by car and by air. With or without reasonable accommodation, the employee must be able to: communicate clearly; travel and remain mobile for extended periods across vehicles, airports, and event venues; stand and walk for extended periods while staffing trade-show booths and attending industry events; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms, including overhead, to set up and break down booth displays and materials; and lift and/or move up to 50A pounds. Time in the office between travel involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Hearing abilities are required. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
