What You’ll Do:
- Lead the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Manage community financial performance, including collections, delinquency, and budget adherence
- Recruit, develop, and coach onsite team members
- Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and maintenance performance
- Analyze reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans to achieve property goals
- Partner with regional leadership to maximize community performance and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Community Manager experience in multifamily property management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven success with occupancy, collections, resident retention, and financial performance
- Excellent resident relations and customer service abilities
- Experience managing budgets, reports, and property performance metrics
- Proficiency with Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
