Job Description
· Operate and monitor the evaporator system, ensuring the efficient and controlled evaporation of liquids to obtain desired concentration levels.
· Safely operate and oversee the decanters, separating liquids and solids as per production requirements.
· Operate and maintain dryers to remove moisture from products and achieve desired levels of dryness.
· Work in the bagging room, packaging finished products according to specifications and ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
· Assist with hydrolysis processes, following established protocols to break down substances into desired components.
· Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
· Monitor and control process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to maintain production efficiency and quality.
· Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to minimize workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
· Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
· Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production operations and timely completion of tasks.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including proper handling and disposal of waste materials.
· Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
Requirements:· Proven experience working as a production worker or in a similar manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with operating and maintaining evaporators, decanters, dryers, bagging equipment, and hydrolysis systems is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to prioritize personal and team safety.
· Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
· Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
