Job Summary
The Contracts Specialist will support the Contracts team in the review, processing, and administration of contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, assisting in ensuring contractual compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting the full lifecycle of customer and vendor agreements.
Essential Functions

- Assist with the review, tracking, and execution of customer and vendor agreements
- Support the preparation and processing of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts
- Maintain accurate and organized contractual records in accordance with company procedures
- Help monitor contract performance and due dates for key deliverables
- Assist in preparing documentation for contract modifications and closeouts
- Support compliance with FAR and other federal contracting guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Program Management, and Operations to ensure alignment on contract requirements
- Provide administrative support for proposal and contract reviews
- Help create summaries or response matrices for RFPs as needed
- Assist in internal audits and updates of contract templates and databases
Position Qualifications

Experience and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in contracts or administrative support in a business/legal setting
- Familiarity with FAR and basic federal contracting regulations
- Experience with government or commercial contracts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience accepted
- Coursework in business, law, or related field a plus
