The position combines strategic product marketing with hands-on content creation, sales enablement, and product launches.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and enablement teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
Customer insights and market research will guide your approach and help uncover new growth opportunities.
Your work will directly influence product adoption, pipeline generation, and customer understanding across key segments.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for workforce optimization solutions, driving awareness, adoption, and growth across target customer segments.
- Create sales enablement materials including buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and discovery guides for workforce management and quality management audiences.
- Develop customer-facing content such as solution briefs, demo scripts, website copy, thought leadership materials, and other assets that translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits.
- Lead product launches by coordinating with product, marketing, sales enablement, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align positioning, timing, messaging, and execution.
- Act as a customer advocate by gathering insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to inform product marketing strategy and identify portfolio growth opportunities.
- Support adoption and pipeline generation through targeted campaigns, compelling narratives, and customer-focused marketing programs.
- Monitor developments in AI, automation, and emerging contact center technologies and incorporate relevant trends into product positioning and messaging.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, contact center technology, workforce optimization, or related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations, including workforce management, quality management, and AI-assisted agent guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Experience creating personas, ideal customer profiles, competitive insights, sales enablement materials, and targeted marketing programs.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, benefits-focused messaging for both technical and business audiences.
- Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their applications within modern contact center environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence and work effectively across product, sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
- Salary range: $97,600–$225,700, with starting compensation determined by qualifications, experience, and location.
- Total direct compensation: May include base salary, bonus, and equity value.
