- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across ecommerce, supply chain, operations and logistics.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research and proactive business development.
- Understand prospective customers' fulfilment requirements and work with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team, sharing market insights, opportunities and best practices.
- Represent IFGlobal at industry events, networking opportunities and customer meetings.
- Support the continued growth of our UK business while promoting our wider European and US fulfilment capabilities.
What we're looking for
- Experience in business development or sales within 3PL, logistics, warehousing or ecommerce fulfilment.
- A track record of generating leads, developing sales pipelines and winning new customers.
- A good understanding of ecommerce, retail, DTC or omnichannel fulfilment.
- Experience managing B2B sales opportunities, from initial engagement through to closing deals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- The confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders, including business owners and senior decision-makers.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider team's success.
Experience working with consumer brands across sectors such as beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or retail would be an advantage.
