From the clubhouse and pools to tennis courts, lakes, and landscaped spaces, our facilities bring members together. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to keep these spaces safe, well maintained, and welcoming while overseeing daily office operations.
As General Manager, you’ll oversee both facilities and maintenance management (60%) and office management (40%). You’ll coordinate staff and contractors, manage budgets, support the Board, and help members make the most of the community’s amenities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Manage facilities budgets and accounts, identify cost savings, and work with the Board and committees to plan improvements and forecast future needs.
- Ensure facilities comply with safety and security protocols and fire department and state inspection requirements.
- Supervise staff and assign daily maintenance tasks.
Office Management — 40%
- Oversee daily office operations and communication with staff, the Park Board of Directors, committees, contractors, members, and Villages Boards.
- Welcome new members and homeowners, explain facility availability and rules, answer calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate Villages and management companies.
- Prepare the monthly newsletter, meeting packets, minutes, bids, proposals, and reports.
- Manage daily accounts receivable and payable, coordinate annual budget preparation and review with contractors, committees, and members, and work with CPAs on year-end reconciliation and tax preparation.

- Manage insurance renewals and coverage updates.
- Coordinate clubhouse rentals for members and non-members, including rules, scheduling, staffing, security, and fees.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly clubhouse use with staff and committees, including parties, rentals, village meetings, member groups, TGIF gatherings, Fourth of July events, and club meetings.
- Assign and monitor employee work to support productivity, deadlines, and company standards.
- Implement safety protocols for members, guests, and employees, and monitor and order office, maintenance, and janitorial supplies.
- Report operational, maintenance, and budget progress to the Board and work together to improve procedures.
