• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business system projects. |
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. |
• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. |
• Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation. |
• Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities. |
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members. |
• Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. |
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex system issues. |
• Support the implementation and integration of new applications or system upgrades. |
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements. |
• Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business systems. |
