Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITSM/ITOM modules, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules.
• Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) are highly preferred.
