As a Growth Partnerships Manager, you will own and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic partnerships that directly contribute to customer acquisition and long-term business growth. This role combines commercial strategy, relationship management, and operational execution, giving you the opportunity to shape multi-year partnerships with leading brands across multiple industries. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate agreements, drive performance, and identify new growth opportunities. Success in this position requires strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building lasting partnerships that deliver measurable impact, this role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business success at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships from onboarding through ongoing optimization, ensuring each relationship delivers against agreed commercial and operational objectives.
  • Lead contract renewals, renegotiations, and commercial discussions by developing business cases and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to maximize long-term value.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior partner stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for business reviews, strategic planning, and executive engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and proactive issue resolution.
  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and develop long-term strategic roadmaps that strengthen partner relationships and business outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and industry events while identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and drive customer acquisition.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships from negotiation through long-term relationship management.
  • Strong experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements while partnering with Finance and Legal teams to develop business models and contracts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority partnerships simultaneously.
  • Experience in industries such as financial services, media, travel, entertainment, loyalty, or subscription-based businesses is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with co-marketing investments, incentive programs, customer acquisition strategies, or partnership funding models is preferred.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $158,000 to $166,500, depending on experience and location.
  • Remote-first role with flexible work arrangements within eligible Canadian provinces.
  • Equity grants for new hires, with opportunities for ongoing equity refresh awards.
  • Comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including healthcare coverage.
  • Flexible work environment designed to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a high-impact, collaborative organization.
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships with globally recognized brands across multiple industries.
