Full-Time | Nashua, NH

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership within the Community Support Services department. This role oversees team performance, staff development, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and support staff.
  • Lead team and department meetings and drive communication across teams.
  • Monitor productivity, KPIs, and documentation compliance.
  • Coach and develop staff through mentoring and performance management.
  • Provide consultation on complex and crisis cases.
  • Maintain a small caseload and deliver direct services.
  • Ensure timely completion of treatment plans, assessments, and reviews.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery.
  • Provide licensure or internship supervision when appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in New Hampshire.
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills.
  • Experience with clinical documentation and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $66,788 - $92.788
