Revolution is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our day shift Maintenance team in Stuttgart, Arkansas. This position offers a day shift schedule, competitive pay, and up to a $3,000 sign on bonus. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving the electrical systems and automated equipment that keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, control system, and equipment issues.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, motors, sensors, switches, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, program, and modify PLC logic as needed.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, machinery components, and control systems in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Repair, upgrade, and improve existing equipment and systems.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations during and after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Perform general maintenance activities to support plant operations.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute work assignments using written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Industrial Electronics or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
  • Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical control systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
  • Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays for emergency situations when needed.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb stairs and work from elevated platforms.
  • Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
