Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Reliability Supervisor
Department: Production Management
Reports To: VP of Plant Operations
FLSA Status: Salaried Exempt
Supervises plant supplies and supply room clerks/parts runners in, both, PSVB & PSR. Directly responsible for parts inventory quantities, preventive maintenance and work order scheduling, review and setup.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Supervise PSVB & PSR Supply rooms – Van Buren plant shifts 1, 2, & 3; Rogers plant Shifts 1 & 2.
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, facility systems & building infrastructure.
- Coordinate PM schedules with production management and maintenance personnel to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor PM & WO completion rates and address overdue or missed activities.
- Review and ensure all maintenance records are properly documented within Reliability PM system.
- Ensure necessary parts, tools and materials are available before scheduled PM/WO work begins.
- Assist with Maintenance parts and PM parts ordering.
- Work with purchasing and inventory personnel to maintain appropriate spare parts levels.
- Schedule PMs assigned to external service companies.
- Manage and track all vendor equipment repairs.

Language Skills
