Job Description
We are a high-growth performance marketing company is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own end-to-end management of some of the most recognized names in home services and help them unlock growth through insight, execution, and collaboration. You will serve as the voice of the client internally, develop a deep understanding of their business objectives and deliver measurable impact for both your partners and our business.
This is a role focused on growing client relationships through scope expansions, as we have very high client retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build andmaintaintrusted partnerships with client stakeholdersandtranslate insights into actions
- Manage day-to-day workflow and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects/campaigns for your book of business
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, media operations,tech, etc.) to develop strategic marketing plans
- Analyze data and develop detailed marketing reports that clearlydemonstrateperformance against KPIs and successmetrics
- Proactivelyidentifynew opportunities within existing accounts through strategicconsultationandbuildingjoint business plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegree
- Ability to work in person in our NYCoffice Tuesday-Thursday most weeks
- 3-5+ years of experienceinclientsuccess roles;performance marketingexperience is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communicationskills
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data-driven, with experience using analytics tools to interpret performance
- Exceptional critical thinking,problem-solvingand decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with AI(specificallyClaude)use cases forClient Successis a strong plus
