This role offers the opportunity to support employee benefits operations while working closely with clients, employees, and HR teams to deliver high-quality service. You will manage key administrative processes related to health, dental, reimbursement, and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across daily operations. The position combines operational expertise, customer support, and data management within a collaborative and professional environment. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth benefits processes and improving the overall employee experience. Accountabilities:
  • Manage benefits administration processes, including employee enrollment, removals, and updates for health and dental plans.
  • Support billing activities, including allocation, verification, reconciliation, and payment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle reimbursement requests and provide timely support to employees throughout the process.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to employees and HR teams, responding to inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Work collaboratively with client teams to maintain efficient benefits operations and resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while following established processes and service standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in professional environments.
  • Previous experience managing high-volume operational activities and handling multiple priorities.
  • Experience with employee benefits, including insured and non-insured benefit programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with employees, HR teams, and clients.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering excellent service.
