Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesField Services
  • Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve IT issues
  • Perform onsite installations of workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting and hardware replacements
  • Support site builds, relocations, and technology rollouts
  • Document all work in the ticketing system
NOC & Remote Support
  • Monitor and respond to alerts and service requests
  • Perform Level 1 triage and troubleshooting
  • Escalate issues following standard procedures
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and updates
  • Assist with patching and routine maintenance tasks
Technical Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS and computer hardware
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Ability to connect to devices via console and run basic CLI commands
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Exposure to routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Meraki preferred)
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of IT experience
  • Associate degree or certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Must own and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer sites (required)
  • May have to lift equipment up to approximately 50 lbs.

Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM
