Kokomo Auto World, Inc is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our growing service department. • Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department
• Coach, motivate, and develop service advisors and technicians
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize shop efficiency
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Oversee warranty administration and manufacturer compliance
• Work closely with the Parts Department and Sales Department
• Recruit, train, and retain top-performing employees
• Ensure all safety and dealership policies are followed
  
  

• Previous automotive dealership service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to increase service sales and profitability
• Experience managing technicians and service advisors
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with dealership management software
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
