Job Description

We’re looking for an Assistant Administrator who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and making a direct impact on the lives of the individuals we serve. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Administrator and site leadership team to oversee daily operations, strengthen programs, and ensure quality care and services are delivered.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily site operations to ensure individuals served receive high-quality care and treatment.
- Oversee and guide the work of assigned departments, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Partner with leadership to develop and expand programs that promote health and well-being for individuals served.
- Assist with preparing and managing the site budget, analyzing expenditures, and coordinating projects to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Recruit, hire, and train talented staff while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Support site improvements by assisting with negotiations for new tools, equipment, and building enhancements.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures across site activities.
- Represent the site both internally and externally, building partnerships and promoting our mission.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and direction to employees, ensuring accountability and growth.
What You Bring
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or mental health treatment site (required).
