Express Service Advisor in Liverpool, New York at Honda City

Great Lakes Honda City is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department in Liverpool, NY.

Our Express Service team handles routine maintenance and services designed to get customers back on the road quickly while providing a professional and exceptional customer experience.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
• Recommend and explain routine maintenance and necessary services
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
• Coordinate with Express Technicians and the Parts Department to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Monitor repair order status and communicate completion times
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and future service needs
• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient Express Service operation
• Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
• Express Service experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to explain automotive services in an easy-to-understand manner
• Comfortable working with customers, technicians, and management
• Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
• CDK experience is a plus
• Honda experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
