This is a Hybrid role, but open to candidates who are in Nashville / Brentwood TN area
The Opportunity
You will work directly with senior and experienced executives, join client meetings, help build relationships, identify opportunities, have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. You'll have significant exposure to decision-makers across industries and play a key role in helping grow the company from an early stage.
We're looking for someone who can connect with people, ask intelligent questions, identify business pain points, and communicate value, not just pitch products.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and research.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders at target accounts, providing education on modernization, digital transformation, AI adoption, legacy systems and operational efficiency.
- Research industries, competitors, and emerging AI trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Evaluate industrial landscapes and emerging shifts to convert strategic objectives into actionable outreach, collaborative ventures, and focused growth initiatives.
- Help create proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline activities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and help move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years in a consultative role, successfully navigating to secure new accounts and advocate for the integration of novel tech solutions.
- Strong natural sales instincts and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Street-smart, resourceful, and comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds.
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup environments.
- Curious about technology and excited by AI's impact on business.
- Ability to identify underlying business problems rather than simply discussing technology.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
