  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance roles.
  • Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles in a dynamic business environment.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, or high-growth environments; SaaS or software industry experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled financial tools, automation, or advanced analytics techniques is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence, or post-merger integration, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and executives.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial planning systems; experience with BI tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
