CNA/HHA - 3rd shift in Springfield, Massachusetts at Mason Wright Senior Living

Mason Wright Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable CNA's and HHA's to provide hands-on care and support to our residents.

Our current openings are:

• 3rd shift: 16 hours, including every other weekend - 2 positions - 11:00 pm to 3:00 am
• 3rd shift: 24 hours, including every other weekend - 2 positions - 1100 pm to 3:00 am or 1:00 am to 7:30 am
• 3rd shift: 40 hours, including every other weekend - 2 positions - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Provide medication reminders under nursing supervision
• Complete required documentation and assist with daily resident needs
• Work as part of a collaborative Health & Wellness team

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate required
• Experience working with older adults; dementia experience preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Flexible with scheduling
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus
