Job Description
Unox, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-performance commercial ovens, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team at our North American headquarters in Denver, North Carolina. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this entry-level role is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products while helping maintain accurate inventory and efficient warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Specialist plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive, unload, inspect, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Process returned merchandise (RMA) and assist with inspecting returned equipment.
- Safely load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs or damages.
- Assist with crating, repackaging, repalletizing, and securing products for shipment when needed.
- Support receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
