This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor de Inteligência Comercial I (Foco em Análise de Dados e Automação) based in Brazil.

This role focuses on transforming data into strategic insights that support business decisions and commercial performance.
You will develop analytical solutions, reports, and automation tools to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
The position combines data analysis, business intelligence, and collaboration with different teams to identify opportunities and generate value.
You will work with structured and unstructured data, creating indicators and dashboards that enable better decision-making.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for developing data-driven solutions, improving commercial intelligence processes, and supporting internal stakeholders with meaningful insights.

  • Develop and enhance management reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze market and business data, providing critical insights and translating information into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain and improve processes within the area, ensuring continuous optimization and updated procedures.
  • Conduct studies to identify sales growth opportunities across customer distribution channels.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of business rules applied to key performance indicators managed by the area.
  • Support internal clients by understanding their needs, analyzing requirements, and proposing solutions that generate value.
  • Document business rules, data requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver efficient analytics and automation solutions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience working with data and business intelligence tools, and the ability to transform complex information into strategic recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience with data analysis, KPI development, and identifying opportunities for business process improvement.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience with automation and productivity tools, including Power Automate, Python automation, RPA, or equivalent solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of tabular cube development.
  • Experience organizing, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate insights.
  • Ability to document business processes, data needs, and improvement opportunities clearly.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative work with business areas and technical teams.
  • Experience with corporate data platforms such as Data Lake, Databricks, Cloud Azure, or similar solutions is a plus.
