This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor de Arquitetura Enterprise based in Brazil.

This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced enterprise architecture professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you will help shape large-scale transformation initiatives, translating business objectives into scalable and future-ready technology strategies. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, technical leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to drive architectural governance, innovation, and digital modernization efforts. The position offers significant exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives in a dynamic, customer-centric environment that values strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams, translating organizational objectives into feasible architectural solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise architecture models aligned with long-term business strategies and digital transformation goals.
  • Conduct architecture assessments, diagnostics, and roadmap initiatives across complex technology environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, frameworks, and architectural standards to support innovation and scalability.
  • Create executive presentations and communicate architectural proposals, risks, trade-offs, and business impacts to senior stakeholders.
  • Support business and technical leaders in strategic decision-making processes and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Promote architectural governance, best practices, and alignment across multidisciplinary projects and organizational domains.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, modernization programs, and the adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in Enterprise Architecture with strong knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies.
  • Broad technical expertise in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, systems integration, cybersecurity, data platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of business modeling and architecture methodologies, including BPMN, Capability Maps, Canvas, UML, and ArchiMate.
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking products and services such as lending, payments, current accounts, investments, and related domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills across different organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated consultative leadership approach, strategic mindset, critical thinking, and high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience with digital transformation, legacy modernization projects, or innovation programs will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, Event-Driven Architectures, DDD, and Event Storming methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Professional proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
