The Director of Field Finance will oversee financial operations across multiple facilities, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and effective collaboration with operational teams. This role combines financial leadership, business partnership, and process optimization to support strategic objectives and operational performance.
- Serve as a financial leader supporting multiple facilities, providing interim finance leadership when needed and partnering with venue management teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, annual reports, and other key financial analyses.
- Collaborate with finance teams and operational leaders to implement best practices and improve financial performance.
- Support budget development, review, and presentation processes in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements, including tax filings and financial obligations.
- Analyze event financial performance, including projections, event profit and loss statements, and settlement processes.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, ticketing revenue reporting, box office accounting, and food and beverage financial processes.
- Manage accounting functions including general ledger activities, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, expenses, and insurance records.
- Act as a subject matter expert on accounting systems, financial processes, and operational workflows.
- Lead training initiatives for finance employees and support onboarding of finance functions for new business opportunities.
- Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance leader with strong accounting expertise, business partnership skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-location environment. They should be comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with hands-on execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, facility management, or similar operational environments preferred.
- Previous experience overseeing finance operations across multiple locations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage back-office functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and operational reporting.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys collaboration, process improvement, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience with NetSuite, Sage, or similar financial systems is preferred.

- Annual salary range of $105,000 - $135,000, plus bonus eligibility.
