We are seeking an Ohio Notary/Claims Specialist, based in Ohio

• Perform notarial acts, including administering oaths, witnessing signatures, and certifying documents.
• Maintain accurate notarization records and follow all state compliance requirements.
• Professionally communicate through phone and email
• Handle a high call volume while navigating multiple systems
• Detailed data entry documenting claim information and activity
• Use problem solving and critical thinking to resolve claims efficiently and effectively

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while navigating various systems
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Requirements:
• An active Ohio Notary Commission
• Work authorization in the United States and based in a company approved location.
• The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.
• Employment verification through E-Verify.
• Candidates must use their own computer/laptop with minimum specs of 8gb RAM, i5 2.50GHz and 256gb SSD (not HHD), dual monitors, headset with microphone, high-speed internet, and a webcam
