Overview

Noke is a rapidly growing technology business specializing in access control, site automation, and security via SAAS and product hardware sales and services. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IoT wireless engineer to drive wireless technologies, designs, and quality of the products and network infrastructure.



Responsibilities

  • Work with the Product team to define the product requirements, feasibility study and estimate the product cost
  • Create plans and schedules on the assigned tasks and projects
  • Designing and maintaining the IoT wireless products and network infrastructures, aligning plans with business needs
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure that wireless network connectivity at the site remains top performance
  • Identify potential risks to design and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Creating and updating documentation on network setups, procedures, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Install/Service, Product, and Supply Chain) to deliver exceptional product designs and services to customers
  • Ethical behavior, and adherence to Janus standards


Qualifications
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in electronic design for Internet of Thing (IoT), access, security and building automation ProductsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in IoT wireless protocols and technology
  • Experience in IoT wireless design (Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiFi, etc.)
  • Delivering design to meet Quality Assurance standards and comply with regional/global regulatory and requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to diagnosing and addressing network related issues quickly
  • Proficient in using CAD (Altium) tools for circuit simulation, schematic capture and PCB board layoutProficient in using Lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum and network analyzers, etc.)
  • Require 10% travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
