In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technology by designing scalable processes and optimizing the systems that support client-facing teams. Working closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Support, you will translate business needs into effective technical solutions while driving continuous improvement across multiple platforms. You will take ownership of requirements gathering, workflow analysis, roadmap planning, and light system configuration, partnering with AI and technical specialists to deliver impactful solutions. - Partner with Client Operations, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders to understand workflows, identify operational challenges, and define scalable business processes.
- Gather, document, and own business requirements from discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions address genuine business needs and align with organizational objectives.
- Perform light system administration and configuration within Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, workflows, field updates, and other approved configurations.
- Collaborate with AI and technical specialists to determine the most effective solutions, whether through system enhancements, automation, or AI-powered capabilities.
- Manage and prioritize the roadmap for operational tools beyond Salesforce, ensuring continuous improvements across multiple business systems.
- Lead project coordination by managing timelines, communicating progress, identifying risks, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Support user adoption by creating system documentation, delivering training, and promoting best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate business processes and proactively identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational transformation.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Operations, or a similar role supporting business technology initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including configuration and administration; Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, business systems, integrations, AI-enabled solutions, or related operational technologies.
- Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze business processes, define functional requirements, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly collaborative, with an automation-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary based on geographic location, ranging from CA$123,000 to CA$169,000 for candidates based in United States.
