At Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality in an elegant, welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, professional Bell Person to be the first and last point of contact for our guests — ensuring their experience is seamless, comfortable, and memorable from arrival to departure. This is a part-time, weekend position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, and packages
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel amenities and services.
• Deliver items such as mail, messages, or special requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entryway, and bell closet areas.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, and Concierge to ensure smooth guest service.
• Provide directions, recommendations, and general hotel information.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with a passion for guest service.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
