Position Overview & Description

As our company continues to experience growth, we are looking to expand our team. This in-office position focuses on processing paper and electronic data to meet client specifications, including printing or scanning documents, processing electronic files, and working on various projects based on client needs. This is a fast-paced industry where no two days are alike, and this role plays a crucial part in delivering quality services to law firms involved in the litigation process.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the production of a high-quality end product, organized according to client specifications.
  • Become proficient in operations software such as Ipro, ReadySuite, Adobe, Excel, Tracker, FTP, and File Explorer to efficiently complete projects.
  • Operate copy and scanning machines; print and assemble large-scale projects.
  • Transfer data via disks, flash drives, hard drives, FTP, and other methods.
  • Work with oversized images and manage diverse projects to meet deadlines.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of, and alignment with, Complete Legal's values and culture.

  • Problem-solving and effective communication skills to keep client projects running smoothly.
  • Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, standard office/document-processing software and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TPrior experience in document processing, litigation support, or related field preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn specialized software (Ipro, ReadySuite, Adobe, Excel, Tracker, FTP).

Physical Demands and Other Requirements

  • Ability to operate copy/scanning machines and handle oversized documents/images.
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift materials (e.g., paper reams, boxes) for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 45-pound document boxes.
  • Ability to read printed and electronic documents, review detailed information, and visually monitor work activities in an office and production environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • This is an in-office position, reliable on-site attendance required for the assigned shift.
  • Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.
