Holbrook - RN or LPN Needed Home & School Shifts in Holbrook, New York at Christian Nursing Registry Inc.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide full care for a very sweet and funny 14-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. Patient has had a recent increase with seizures. She is non-ambulatory and has limited verbal communication. While she is able to eat by mouth, she also receives supplemental nutrition through a G-tube.

Shifts Avail:
• DAYS: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am - 4pm (Home and School)
EVENINGS: Thursday 4:30pm - 11pm

Payrates: $31 - $43/hour

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
