The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry’s most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. We are looking for both entry level and skilled candidates.

Training will be provided. Base hourly wage rate depends on experience and skill level.

Beginner - $20-$25/hr.Intermediate - $26-28/hr.Advanced - $32+/hr.

A CNC Machine Operator will know or be taught:

Read and understand blueprints and job instructionsUnderstand raw stock identification and preparationRun jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsetsModify tooling for job useUnderstand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinatesUnderstand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/-Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurementsPerform basic maintenance on machine and fixturesMaintain a clean, organized, & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standardsCommunicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performanceOther Level 2 operator duties as required
