Job Overview

The L&D RN provides direct nursing care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients across high-, moderate-, and low-risk needs in a labor and delivery setting. This role works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and supports patient- and family-centered care. The schedule is 4/12s. Employees are oriented and trained in various competencies and modes of care and delivery across the unit. Your impact: Thoughtful, coordinated care helps patients and families feel supported throughout the labor and delivery experience.

Duties

• Provide direct care to antepartum patients.
• Support patients during intrapartum care and delivery.
• Provide postpartum care across varying risk levels.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary labor and delivery team.
• Apply unit competencies and modes of care and delivery.

Requirements
