Junior Manager at Pizza Partners MI LLC – Grand Blanc, Michigan

We are looking for motivated and dependable Shift Leaders/Managers to join our Little Caesars team. In this role, you’ll lead crew members during your shift, ensure excellent customer service, and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate team members to deliver great service and quality products
Oversee shift operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reports
Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Train and coach employees to help them grow and succeed
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Assist with inventory control and product ordering when needed

Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but not required (Pizza experience is a bonus)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift
Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
