Kustom is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager for our Seattle region office.

Location: Lynnwood, WA

Salary Range: $78k - $85k + Commissions

As a Construction Sales Specialist at Kustom, you will be equipped with Matterport technology, a user-friendly tool that allows for the easy capture of detailed 3D models of disaster-impacted properties. Matterport simplifies the process of visually documenting damages, creating an interactive 3D view that aids in assessing and planning restoration efforts. This role combines the executing of the scanning process, as created and managed by Kustom’s Operational Excellence Team, with a pivotal sales component to engage prospects and secure authorizations for reconstruction services. Every scan and prospect engagement is an opportunity to earn, thanks to our unlimited commission plan, making this position a launching pad for a lucrative sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Matterport, a straightforward and efficient tool, to scan disaster-affected properties, producing interactive 3D models that adheres to the standards of Kustom’s Operational Excellence Team.
• Capture comprehensive photos to provide a detailed visual account of the damage, to allow an estimator to create an accurate estimate for the reconstruction of the property.

• Initiate and nurture engagements with prospects, articulating Kustom’s restoration services with professionalism and persuasiveness.
• Employ effective sales strategies to encourage prospects to utilize Kustom’s restoration services, with the objective of obtaining signed Authorizations to Proceed during the initial visit.

• Be well-versed in all residential services that Kustom offers, tailoring communication to highlight the services that align with individual prospects’ needs and circumstances.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns with informed and reassuring answers, emphasizing Kustom’s dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience Required in Construction or similar industry
• Experience in Matterport a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• All applicants must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies
