Warehouse Associate at RANDYS Worldwide – Bradenton, Florida

BulletProof Hitches is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory processing, order picking and packing, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and collaborating with the Quality Control (QC) department. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of performing physical tasks, and skilled in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Processing: Work closely with the QC department to process and manage inventory, ensuring all products are accurately received, labeled, and stored.
• Picking & Packing Orders: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Warehouse Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including routine cleaning and proper storage of materials.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
• Operating Forklift: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products, materials, and inventory.
• Physical Labor: Lift up to 85 lbs and perform manual tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 hour day shift
