Immediate Opening - Second Shift Supervisor! in Bancroft, Wisconsin at AGRI-Alliance

Wysocki Family Farms has an immediate opening for a Second Shift Production Supervisor! As our Second Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll lead people and processes that ensure high-quality products leave our plant every day.

In this role, you will be leading and coordinating potato packaging operations during the second shift. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a positive team environment. In this role, you will be managing both internal employees and H-2A staff, supporting training, enforcing company policies, and resolving production, machine, or quality issues.

Outside the peak season which typically ends in mid to latter December, this role supports year-round production leadership by assisting with workflow coordination, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all packaging operations on 2nd shift to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
• Provide daily direction, adjust staffing, and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, or quality issues; coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed.
• Train, guide, and support team members to ensure smooth operations and skill development.
• Monitor quality control and promptly address deviations.
• Ensure accurate documentation in timekeeping and production systems.
• Build teamwork and morale while addressing performance concerns in partnership with HR.
• Attend leadership meetings and report on labor metrics, efficiency, and production performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
