Our Senior Technical Service Engineer will assume a key role in providing technical support for successful installation and maintenance of our innovative products at customer sites nationwide. As a Technical Service Engineer at Hyper you will provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure the proper functioning of products or systems, for customers. Minimum of 25% nationwide travel is required.

Essential Duties & Functions:
- Function as the primary onsite technical expert during installations, troubleshooting and resolving any technical challenges to ensure optimal performance and functionality of our products.
- Provide technical support for Service Providers and function as engineering liaison for partners and customers.
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products or systems.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new systems or upgrades to existing ones.
- Provide field engineering support and occasionally perform the installation of Hyper Solutions’ three phase power products at customer locations.
- Support customers, service partners, field teams and factory engineers during thorough inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs to verify proper installation as per equipment specifications and site-specific settings and configurations.
- Create and maintain documentation related to technical issues, solutions, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent trade school or military experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical field service industry or related companies.
- Proficiency in managing product lifecycles, including long- and short-term development plans.
- Familiarity with product backlog management and roadmap contribution.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant fields, such as IT, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Familiarity with cloud development principles and network communication standards.
- Ability to travel to customer sites for installations, upgrades, and service calls. Travel to Satellite Partners for training and build support.
