Business Development / Sales Representative Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Jacksonville market. This role combines relationship building, cold-calling, neighborhood outreach, and networking to generate new business. What You’ll Do as Business Development / Sales Representative

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, neighborhood canvassing, and community outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, realtors, and insurance professionals.

• Present and explain roofing services to potential clients in a clear, professional manner.

• Follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and close sales.

• Represent Bigfoot Roofing at local events, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.

What We’re Looking For in a Business Development / Sales Representative

• Previous sales, business development, or related experience (roofing/construction industry experience is a plus, but not required).

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with in-person outreach, cold calling, and door-to-door conversations.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
