About This Position

Team Member

  • Practice and enforce the company principles and mission statement.
  • Practice and enforce the company policies.
  • Report to work on time with a positive attitude and be ready to work.
  • Follow established procedures and policies as set forth by your Team Leader.
  • Complete all tasks as efficiently as possible and in a prioritized order that is best for our customers and team members.
  • Reconcile cash over/short by shift
  • Execute marketing programs
  • Execute systems (including but not limited to stocking, cleaning, POS, and communicating)
  • Be willing and able to work and perform any duty within the store.
  • Physical demands - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to stand, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, walk, and stoop.
