Team Member

1. Practice and enforce the company principles and mission statement.
2. Practice and enforce the company policies.
3. Report to work on time with a positive attitude and be ready to work.
4. Follow established procedures and policies as set forth by your Team Leader.
5. Complete all tasks as efficiently as possible and in a prioritized order that is best for our customers and team members.
6. Reconcile cash over/short by shift
7. Execute marketing programs
8. Execute systems (including but not limited to stocking, cleaning, POS, and communicating)
9. Be willing and able to work and perform any duty within the store.
10. Physical demands - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to stand, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, walk, and stoop.
