Role:
As a Member Success Associate on the Flex Team, you’ll manage member inquiries related to new initiatives, troubleshoot edge cases, and provide clear, empathetic communication. This role requires agility, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to adapt as policies and processes evolve during testing phases. In addition to written communication, you’ll also provide direct phone support when needed to resolve sensitive or complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, empathetic support to members engaged in pilot campaigns and new initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex or atypical member issues (e.g., eligibility inquiries, campaign-specific concerns).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Billing, Operations) to identify and resolve systemic issues uncovered during pilot launches.
- Document recurring issues, trends, and member feedback to inform process and product improvements.
- Leverage Intercom macros, tags, and workflows to ensure accurate case routing and efficient resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaign-specific SOPs, offers, and policies to deliver accurate guidance.
- Escalate edge cases or sensitive situations appropriately, ensuring members always feel heard, supported, and valued.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to craft and maintain a strong brand voice, with clear and empathetic communication skills.
- Proficient in providing member support through both phone and written channels.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, tools, and evolving campaign structures.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and exercising sound judgment in non-standard situations.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player, capable of contributing to broader initiatives beyond core responsibilities.
